It may be a “flipping rescue dog” but it’s still puppy love for Juliet Meyers

Comedian and writer Juliet Meyers has always wanted a dog. She finally has one. Be careful what you wish for!

Juliet and her flipping Portuguese rescue dog both have issues – and she’s going to tell you all about them 16-18 August at Camden Comedy Club.

Stand-up, stories and a bit of tenderness (mostly caused by bruising when the dog chased a squirrel), about anxiety, unconditional love, being a wolf and confessions of peeing on things.

Juliet is a writer on Sarah Millican Television Programme and 8 out of 10 Cats, and is coming down from Edinburgh Fringe for this show, which may contain the actual dog in the room as he doesn’t like being left.

‘Smart and very funny’ Independent
**** ‘Laugh out loud funny, a show that resonates’ Chortle
**** ‘Devilish’ Scotsman
“A clever, funny, well-structured hour …most charming act at the fringe” Broadway Baby ****
