Oh P*ck! It’s a one-man Midsummer Night’s Dream – and Dave’s not happy

Oh P*ck

Imagine Shakespeare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream brought to life with a cast of just one. Sounds crazy? That’s the task facing enthusiastic young director Polly.

Comedy Oh P*ck! at The Hen and Chickens Theatre, 22-26 August,  pits the director against grumpy actor Dave, who is definitely not up for wearing fairy wings and a tutu.

Dave can imagine nothing worse than optimistic Polly’s whimsical vision for the Dream. Personalities clash as the opening night draws ever closer, will their differences be overcome in time for the audience’s arrival?

Oh P*ck! is written by Sarah Fellows and documents the rehearsals, starring Danielle Gearing and James Williams.

Danielle Gearing said she is excited to be bringing this world premiere to Camden Fringe,  “we’re bringing something fresh and original to the Camden Fringe. There’s something for everyone in this show, we’ve all got a little magic in us, as Polly would say!”
