Following their victory in the very first Leicester Square Theatre Sketch-Off, comedy quintet The Jest bring the highlights from Edinburgh Fringe to Aces & Eights in The Best of the Jest, tonight and tomorrow (23-24 August) at 6.30pm, as part of the 2016 Camden Fringe.

Stars of BBC Radio 4’s Sketchorama, The Jest will present an hour of their best sketches that have won them critical acclaim and awards to boot.

The Jest are formed of Ella Ainsworth, Tristan Rogers, Jack Stanley, Luke Theobald and Bryony Twydle, who started doing comedy at the University of Exeter. Since then, they have had two runs at the Pleasance at the Edinburgh Fringe, were finalists in the 2015 NATYS competition for which they performed at the Bloomsbury Theatre, and were chosen to record for two episodes of BBC Radio 4’s Sketchorama.

Their previous individual comedy credits include The Windsors (E4), Doc Martin (ITV), School of Comedy (E4), Little Britain (BBC) and The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy (MGM).

Praise for The Jest:
